About Shipment

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO address)

2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address.

4. Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

5. If you have not received your parcel within 60 days (Brazil 90 days) from payment, please contact us. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

Return or Refund

1. If the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days. Do not open dispute without any communication.

2. High requirements on the color or other feature buyers please know. The images may not show the actual item and are for your reference only. All the goods’ size is manual measurement, so there is 1-50px error sometimes.

3. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please contact us timely and return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back.

4. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

5. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer (Except the defective item).
